What is Bears Give Back?

Bears Give Back is the University of Northern Colorado’s giving campaign. This digital fundraising campaign will be held for a 3 days, opening at 1:00am on April 9 and closing at midnight on April 11. 

We’re inviting all alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends of UNC to give back to the programs and areas of campus they love the most.

What is the goal for Bears Give Back?

Our main goal during Bears Give Back is to help all Bears understand and celebrate the importance of philanthropic support for UNC. Every dollar that Bears give back will help the campus grow, support student research, and fund vital scholarships for deserving students.

Bears Give Back engages thousands of UNC Bears through social sharing and philanthropic support of the university.

What should I support during Bears Give Back?

You can choose to designate your gift to any of our participating projects. Consider giving a gift to several areas on campus, since even small gifts can go a long way in providing vital financial support to UNC’s students and programs.

What if I don't see the fund I want to give to?

Bears Give Back is featuring several priority projects, initiatives, and scholarships across campus. Donors can always make a gift to any area of campus by visiting https://www.give2unc.org/

Are gifts made during Bears Give Back tax deductible?

Yes. The University of Northern Colorado Foundation is a 501(c)(3) and all gifts made during Bears Give Back are tax-deductible. Tax receipts for gifts made on Bears Give Back will be issued via email.
